It’s so weird when Chinese dog owners call their dogs and tell them what to do in Chinese and the dogs UNDERSTAND. If you tell this dog to “sit” or “come here” they won’t do shit but if you say “zuo ba” or “guo lai” they’ll know what to do.

I guess that’s the best way to look at it. Another very close friend of mine left back to her home country of Australia earlier today and the feeling just sucks. It’s different than saying bye to your friends in your home country because you know when you go back home, they’ll always be there.
